REFORMER PILATES

Our reformer Pilates sessions are innovative and results driven sessions that will tone, sculpt and strengthen your body in ways you never thought possible. You might be thinking, "Why do I need to incorporate reformer Pilates into my workout routine? I already do yoga and barre." Here's why: The reformer is a piece of equipment that works the entire body through the use of springs, a carriage, ropes and pulleys. The spring loads are light, medium and heavy so the reformer will always meet you where you are! Our reformers are the top of the line Merrithew reformers equipped with cardio tramps instead of traditional jump boards. Our cardio tramps make “jumping” super easy on the joints and the feet. In true Yoga Barre fashion, our instructors incorporate the use of light hand weights, Pilates balls, loop bands, long bands and reformer boxes to challenge your body in different ways.

The goal of a reformer workout is to create flexibility, strength and mobility throughout the entire body. It is so important to "balance" your workouts, and it can be hard to find everything you're looking for at one studio. We've got it all for you in a boutique setting - Yoga, Barre, PiYo, Yoga Barre Fusion, Pilates Barre Fusion and Reformer Pilates. With only a four student capacity, our sessions are very personalized and have been referred to as "personal training sessions" that are fun, upbeat and effective. Our instructors are well trained in reformer Pilates, love what they do and are ready to guide you every step of the way. We now offer reformer Pilates five days a week making it easier for you to catch a session. Don't see a time that works with your schedule?
